  • Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Service Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled before completion, refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation. You will only be charged for the services provided.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services such as domain registration, hosting, and any third-party software or licenses purchased for the project are non-refundable once these purchases have been made.
  • Digital marketing services that have already been implemented, such as paid ads or SEO work, are also non-refundable.

4. Refund Requests

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the time of approval.
